Why subscribe?

The Internet, as many a Gen-Xer will lament, used to be a fascinating place filled with weirdness and wonder before it became an algorithmically supercharged echo chamber.

Sick of being served the same old dross in ever-derivative forms I have made it my mission to find content less read, watched, looked at and listen to instead (some of it’s not even online!).

Until now I have shared my finds with friends, colleagues and clients via WhatsApp but it’s become too difficult to manage so I thought I would turn all those individual messages into a weekly email instead.
